Inside the TCFM™ Signature Flow
Below, you’ll find a curated glimpse — the first 3–5 minutes of each section
Introduction
Welcome & Technique Overview with Anatomy Integration
In this video, we’ll explore the philosophy and intention behind TCFM™, and why this method stands apart.
Step 1
Preparation and oil application
Begin with intentional presence. Warm the facial oil between your palms and apply it with slow, grounding movements — inviting the nervous system to shift, and preparing the skin for deeper work.
Step 2
Décolleté & Collarbone Zone Activation
Open the front body. Stimulate lymphatic pathways and release superficial tension — creating a vital foundation for facial flow and posture reset.
Step 3
Forehead & Eye Zone
Soothe and re-educate. Target tension in the frontalis, procerus, and orbicularis oculi to soften expression lines and awaken the upper face with precision.
Step 4
Cheeks & lower jaw
Engage the zygomatic, buccinator, and levator groups with sculptural technique that releases stagnation, supports lift, and restores volume — from within.
Step 5
The neck
Work with the deep lines of tension that influence facial balance. Elongate the front of the neck, refine jaw posture, and tone the lip area — a functional and aesthetic reset.
Step 6
Facial Lymphatic Integration
Restore fluid balance. Use purposeful strokes to guide stagnation away and stimulate the lymphatic rhythm — revealing clarity, lightness, and glow.
Step 7
Head Massage
Unwind the scalp and release cranial tension. This essential finishing step deepens the sense of ease and completes the postural loop between face, neck, and head.
