My Journey in Holistic Healing and Skincare
I was fortunate to grow up surrounded by the principles of holistic healing, where my family embraced traditional remedies and sought the expertise of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) doctors for various ailments.
This early exposure to natural wellness practices deeply influenced my understanding and passion for holistic health. With a clear vision of my future, I pursued my passion for wellness immediately after high school.
In 2004, I enrolled at the esteemed FREDERIQUE ACADEMY in Hong Kong, a school renowned throughout Asia. By the age of 19, I had become both an Esthetician and a Massage Therapist, marking the beginning of my nearly two-decade-long journey in this field.
My career began at the prestigious PENINSULA HOTEL in Hong Kong, where I joined the Grand Opening Team for E'SPA. This experience set the stage for a remarkable journey that took me to the Spa at the FOUR SEASONS HOTEL in Hong Kong, to ELEMIS in the UK as part of their Regional Training Team, to BABOR in Aachen, Germany, and to COMFORT ZONE in Parma, Italy, where I served as a Regional Training Manager

In my late 20s,
I had the incredible opportunity to open the stunning 32,000 square-foot Amnis Spa at the FOUR SEASONS HOTEL in Moscow, Russia.
This achievement was followed by my move to the United States, where I finally realized my dream of owning my own business. This venture allows me to share the knowledge and expertise I have gathered over the past 19 years, traveling the globe, learning diverse massage techniques, and working alongside some of the most talented masters in the industry.

Class schedule
This intensive, immersive training runs daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00/7:00 PM (occasionally extending to 8:00 PM). Breaks are included to ensure you have time to recharge and focus.
1 DAY
Day 1: Foundation and Practice Introduction
Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00/7:00 PM
Morning
• Understanding the fundamentals: anatomy and physiology of the face, neck, and shoulders.
• Key muscles and connective tissue involved in buccal massage.
• Dos and don’ts of working with facial tissue and muscles.
Midday
• Instructor-led demonstration of advanced techniques on shoulders, neck, and facial preparation.
• Break (time to recharge and process).
Afternoon
• Hands-on practice: students pair up to practice foundational techniques on each other.
• Focus on identifying pressure points, ideal pressure, and muscle groups.
• Experiencing the treatment firsthand to understand its effects.
2 DAY
Day 2: Deepening Techniques and Intraoral Focus
Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00/7:00 PM
Morning
• Mastering deeper facial techniques: sculpting movements, myofascial release, and pressure point activation.
• Introduction to the intraoral (buccal) massage: understanding intraoral anatomy and hygiene practices.
Midday
• Demo of buccal techniques by the instructor, highlighting precision and flow.
• Break.
Afternoon
• Hands-on practice: students take turns performing buccal massage techniques on each other.
• Feedback and refinement of movements to ensure accuracy and safety.
3 DAY
Day 3: Full Buccal Sequence and Lymphatic Drainage
Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00/7:00 PM
Morning
• Combining learned techniques into a seamless buccal sequence.
• Introduction to lymphatic drainage: its importance in facial rejuvenation.
Midday
• Demo of lymphatic drainage techniques to complement buccal massage.
• Break.
Afternoon
• Hands-on practice: incorporating lymphatic drainage into the buccal massage sequence.
• Ensuring a balanced approach to prepare tissue for sculpting and lifting.
4 DAY
Day 4: Mastery and Beyond
Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00/8:00 PM
Morning
• Full-sequence practice: combining all techniques into one comprehensive treatment.
• Partner-based sessions with instructor feedback.
Midday
• Break.
• Additional refinements: tips for handling various client needs and challenges.
Afternoon
• Marketing essentials: how to effectively position and promote your new skillset.
• Preparing for success: tips on launching your services immediately post-training.
